Deshalb sollten wir ihnen die für sie notwendige Menge zuführen und dabei stets auf eine gesunde und ausgewogene Ernährung achten.</p>\n<p>Als Babys reicht <strong>Milch</strong> aus, um diese Funktion zu erfüllen, doch wenn sie älter werden, müssen wir ihnen zusätzliche Kohlenhydrate zuführen, um die Versorgung des Gehirns zu unterstützen.</p>\n<p>Bei Kindern sollten <strong>Kohlenhydrate</strong> die <strong>Hälfte ihres täglichen Kalorienbedarfs</strong> decken; wir betonen jedoch erneut, dass sie stets in Maßen und im Rahmen einer gesunden Ernährung verzehrt werden sollten. Übermäßiger Konsum ist niemals gut. Zudem sollte die Ernährung durch Fette, Vitamine, Proteine und Mineralstoffe ergänzt werden.</p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http://chupetespersonalizados.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/hidratos.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-883\"></p>\n<p>Kohlenhydrate sind für <strong>die Energieversorgung</strong> unerlässlich. Um den ganzen Tag über ausreichend <strong data-wg-splitted>Energie</strong> zu haben, empfiehlt es sich, sie in das Frühstück, das Mittagessen und den Nachmittagssnack einzubauen.
